At Paragon Faucets, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the faucet and all installation components back into the original manufacturer's box, ensuring it is padded to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
